Overview

Dealership: L0348 Lexus of Roseville. Lexus of Roseville. Now Hiring a Customer Service Rep!

• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm;
  Saturdays 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Pay: $17 per hour.

• Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress.
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.
• Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
• Daily cash reconciliation.

• Previous Customer Service experience a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage one’s own time.
• Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CDK is a plus.
• Ability to solve basic math calculations.

The expected pay for this position is $16.90-$17.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
