This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Roseville, CA. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintain construction quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, scheduling, assessing progress, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Site Management and a strong understanding of Construction Safety practices
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and team coordination
- Ability to resolve challenges, adapt, and maintain organized processes in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership and communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Familiarity with construction software and relevant technological tools is an asset
- Previous experience in commercial construction and a valid driver s license
