Construction Project Engineer (Minneapolis, MN) – Gpac. Long‑time commercial general contractor in Minneapolis, MN is currently looking for Project Engineers for large‑scale current and upcoming projects. We’re seeking candidates with a couple of years of commercial construction experience who want to grow and work on some of our clients’ larger projects in the area. Starting conversations immediately, interviews will follow.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred – Construction related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction‑related documents
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Professional attitude and experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Time‑management and multitasking skills

• Produce, monitor, track and distribute project ASI's, CCD's, RFI's and Submittals
• Assist in procurement of building permits, certificate of occupancy and other requirements
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with QA/QC
• Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or subcontractor coordination meetings
• Coordinate distribution of bidding documents to prospective subs and suppliers
• Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs
• Assist in coordinating and securing owner‑furnished equipment and furnishings
• Create and maintain accurate as‑built drawings onsite
• Maintain project record documents including assembly of final O&M manuals and as‑built drawings
• Assist Project Manager in miscellaneous project duties
• Fulfill special project needs as they arise
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
