The Business Services Manager is a key leadership and support role within a dedicated business unit. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations and manages core business services including financial management, reporting, payroll, HR, IT coordination, marketing support, and general office management.
Required Qualifications- Proven experience in business services, operations, or office management within a corporate or multi‑entity environment
- Strong financial management and reporting capability
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within corporate governance frameworks while supporting business unit needs
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline (highly preferred)
- Experience using Deltek Vantage Point (or similar business management systems) is advantageous but not essential
- Financial Management & Reporting – Manage business unit financials, prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, monitor performance, liaise with corporate finance, ensure compliance.
- Payroll & Administration – Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes, maintain records, act as primary contact with corporate payroll.
- Corporate & Business Unit Coordination – Interface with corporate support functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT), support implementation of corporate systems and policies.
- Human Resources (HR) Support – Provide operational HR support, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, assist with recruitment.
- Marketing & Proposal Support – Coordinate preparation of marketing materials, support development of proposals, maintain templates and documentation.
- Project & Weekly Coordination – Support weekly project coordination, assist project managers with documentation, monitor timelines.
- IT & Systems Coordination – Act as liaison between business unit and corporate IT, support rollout and maintenance of corporate systems, coordinate user access.
- General Office Management – Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, manage facilities and supplies, coordinate health and safety compliance.

- $90,000 - $110,000 per year
