Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $33.80 with bonus opportunities based on performance.

• Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
• Proven track record of strong productivity and efficiency
• Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise
• Ability to consistently flag hours in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Handle complex electrical, drivability, and engine concerns
• Work closely with service advisors to maintain repair flow
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship while meeting efficiency goals
• Follow Ford factory repair standards and dealership processes

• High car count / consistent workflow
• Strong advisor support = minimal downtime
• Fair, productivity‑based dispatching
• Management that understands and supports technician efficiency
