Roseville, CA and Sacramento, CA.

Employment Type:

Contract‑to‑Hire. Pay Rate: $21/hr with overtime opportunities.

The Role

Join a family‑owned medical imaging clinic as a Medical Receptionist, where you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for patients. Ideal for individuals with strong administrative and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and check in patients at the front desk.
  • Schedule appointments in person and over the phone.
  • Verify insurance and authorization details.
  • Assist with billing follow‑up in a high‑volume environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience (retail or office experience highly preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about overtime and flexible with scheduling.
