Job Overview

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and manage all office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee breakroom restocking and snack/drink ordering.
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Act as point of contact for team members and managers for HR-related functions including recruiting, onboarding, exit processing, and system administration.
  • Support Division President, Land, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Finance, and Purchasing with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, deliveries, materials preparation, and calendar management.
  • Coordinate company events, division lunches, and functional meetings including presentation development, contracts, setup, and cleanup.
  • Facilitate communication of company and division-wide initiatives, events, and employee recognition programs.
  • Greet visitors in person or by phone, answer inquiries, and route calls as needed.
  • Maintain employee and department directories.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree (or successful completion of a training program may override the requirement).
  • Minimum 24 months of work-related experience, preferably in office administration and/or executive assistance.
  • Experience in Human Resources and homebuilding industry preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Self-Knowledge.
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
