Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices (300-500 weekly) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform 2-3-way matching to ensure accuracy in payments.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.
• Utilize Sage software for all accounts payable functions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years in accounts payable, specifically with heavy invoice processing.
• Software Proficiency:
  Must have experience using Sage software.
• Stability:
  Proven track record of tenure in previous roles; we value candidates who are not job hoppers.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Competitive hourly rate between $28hr to $31hr.
