General ledger Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in Roseville, CA to hire a General Ledger Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity. This is a fantastic role for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a collaborative and growth-oriented team.

  Roseville, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Type:
  Direct Hire
• Pay: $65,000–$78,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting projects

• 3–5 years of general ledger accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
