Job Summary

Technician – Responsible for preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment. Primary assets include aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil & gas systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics on diesel and heavy equipment.
  • Execute complex repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation.
  • Support safety protocols and promote a safety‑focused work environment.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
  • 5+ years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas).
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to provide own tools of the trade.
Physical Demands

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Compensation

Base pay range: $25.94 – $35.66 per hour. Starting rate may vary by position, location, education, training, and experience.
