Store Manager - Wireless Retail (Rosenberg)
Western Capital Resources Inc is seeking an energetic Retail Wireless Store Manager for its Cricket Wireless franchise in Rosenberg, Texas.

- Hourly pay plus aggressive discretionary sales incentive structure
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees using daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned accurately and within required time frames.
- Perform up to ten B2B sales outreach appointments per week.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required. Monthly bonus opportunities available.
