As a General Merchandise Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. You will also lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities.
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader.
• Learn how operational procedures, such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas, affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
