Senior HR Generalist

We’re hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support a manufacturing site in Rosenberg, TX. This is a fully onsite
, hands‑on HR role partnering closely with site leadership and the Senior HR Director to support employees, ensure compliance, and drive HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for site leadership and employees, advising on employee relations, performance management, and employment law
  • Support workforce planning and long‑term HR initiatives in collaboration with senior HR leadership
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and lead policy communication and implementation
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, terminations, and exit interviews
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt roles
  • Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, accommodations) and support employees returning to work
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and coordination with accounting on benefits reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (ADP preferred)
  • Support performance review cycles, compensation programs, and HR reporting
  • Oversee workers’ compensation, safety documentation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes and required government reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization
