Rosenberg Children's Dentistry in Rosenberg TX seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist, who loves treating kids, to join our thriving practice with an exceptional opportunity to grow your career and income!
- Pediatric Focus: Treat a fun, rewarding patient base—primarily children, Medicaid, and some PPO patients.
- Clinical Autonomy: Enjoy full independence while having a supportive network of colleagues for guidance and mentorship.
- Earnings & Growth: High income potential with future ownership opportunities.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
- Income Potential: $200,000–$350,000
- Guaranteed Minimum: $800–$1,000/day (based on experience or specialty) - 90 days
- Production Bonus: 25% of adjusted collections - of all you manage; including hygiene codes
- DDS or DMD eligible for or holding a TEXAS license
- Oral Sedation Certified - required
- Pediatric Specialist or General Dentist who has a passion for treating kids
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for pediatric care and providing high-quality dentistry
- All experience levels welcome—mentorship and CE provided for new grads
