Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Rosenberg, 77471, is seeking a Spa Associate specializing in front desk sales. A Spa Associate at Hand & Stone plays a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for guests by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing excellent customer service, including greeting guests and building client relationships.

* Communicating information about services, promotions, and sales.

* Meeting sales goals and selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.

* Managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and filing.

* Assisting with daily spa maintenance and upholding cleanliness standards.

* Working as a team player with a positive attitude.

* Assisting the Leadership Team with various tasks.

* Promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.

* Performing other duties as assigned.

Desired qualifications typically include:

* Customer service experience, preferably 1-2 years or more.

* Sales or retail experience, with salon/spa experience being a plus.

* Technical skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, spa management software (like Millennium or Spa Soft), and basic computer skills.

* Strong soft skills including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.

* Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

* A high school diploma or equivalent education.

* Being 18 years or older.

* Must be self-motivated, confident, and extroverted

* Ability to start and maintain conversations with guests.

* A strong drive to achieve sales targets.
