Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Rosenberg, 77471, is seeking a Spa Associate specializing in front desk sales. A Spa Associate at Hand & Stone plays a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for guests by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting guests and building client relationships.
• Communicating information about services, promotions, and sales.
• Meeting sales goals and selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
• Managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and filing.
• Assisting with daily spa maintenance and upholding cleanliness standards.
• Working as a team player with a positive attitude.
• Assisting the Leadership Team with various tasks.
• Promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Customer service experience, preferably 1-2 years or more.
• Sales or retail experience, with salon/spa experience being a plus.
• Technical skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, spa management software (like Millennium or Spa Soft), and basic computer skills.
• Strong soft skills including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Being 18 years or older.
• Must be self-motivated, confident, and extroverted.
• Ability to start and maintain conversations with guests.
• A strong drive to achieve sales targets.
