Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Rosenberg, 77471, is seeking a Spa Associate specializing in front desk sales. A Spa Associate at Hand & Stone plays a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for guests by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

- Providing excellent customer service, including greeting guests and building client relationships.
- Communicating information about services, promotions, and sales.
- Managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and filing.
- Assisting with daily spa maintenance and upholding cleanliness standards.
- Working as a team player with a positive attitude.
- Assisting the Leadership Team with various tasks.
- Promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Customer service experience, preferably 1-2 years or more.
- Sales or retail experience, with salon/spa experience being a plus.
- Technical skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, spa management software (like Millennium or Spa Soft), and basic computer skills.
- Strong soft skills including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
- Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Being 18 years or older.
- Must be self-motivated, confident, and extroverted
- Ability to start and maintain conversations with guests.
- A strong drive to achieve sales targets.
