* Directs, assigns and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews.
* Prepares monthly work crew reports and performs data entry functions.
* Maintains and issues equipment to probationary workers and work crews.
* Recommends equipment expenditures.
* Maintains case documentation of CSR hours performed.
* Assigns duties and plans work of others.
* Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year.
* Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
** MINIMUM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*** High School Diploma/GED.
* 2 years job related experience.
* Basic knowledge of probation procedure and supervisory skills.
* Construction, building maintenance and lawn maintenance skills.
* Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, probationers and elected officials.
** STARTING SALARY RANGE:** $18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualifications
