Master Tech Apprentice – Legacy Ford of Rosenberg

As aMaster Tech Apprentice, you’ll start by being responsible to learn under the guidance of a Ford Senior Master Technician or in our Quick Lane department before moving into an apprenticeship (depending on current skillset).

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform multipoint inspections
• Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors and/or master tech
• Rotate tires
• Inspect fluid quality and levels
• Check tire pressure
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
• Maintain clean work environment
• Replace oil and air filters
• Collaborate with team members
• Seek out and maintain necessary training
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical experience
• Familiarity with various aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
• Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
