Dakota Fence is hiring Fence Erectors for temporary/full‑time positions in the following Minnesota counties:
Anoka, Blue Earth, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Dodge, Freeborn, Goodhue, Hennepin, Le Sueur, Olmsted, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington.

• Dates of need:
  April 1, 2026 – December 19, 2026
• Regular hours: 35 per week (Mon‑Fri, possible Saturday)
• Shift: 06:00 – 04:00
• Shift lift: 75 lbs
• On‑the‑Job training available
• Starting wage: $27.74 – $30.00 per hour
• Overtime wage: $41.61 – $45.00 per hour
• Wages paid weekly; raises, bonuses and incentives based on tenure, experience or performance
• No education or experience required

• Erect and repair fences and fence gates using hand and power tools
• Perform tasks consistently and safely in a fast‑paced environment

• Health, Dental, Vision after 60 days employment

• Daily subsistence allowance: $16.28 per day during travel (max $68.00 per day with receipts)

Optional housing at a monthly rental rate of $1,000.00. Deductions required by law are applied. Background check, E‑Verify and drug screening are required post‑hire.
