EGA Spectro Alloys is a high-volume aluminum recycling operation in Rosemount, MN. Our operation runs on conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy production systems. When maintenance runs strong, production runs strong.

We are seeking steady team mate to support plant reliability across mechanical systems and production equipment.

• Starting at $28 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
• Schedule:
  
  3/2/2/3 Schedule (On for 3, off for 2, on for 2, off for
  3)
• Days: 4:45am to 5:00pm
  Nights: 4:45pm to 5:00am

You will help keep plant equipment operating safely and efficiently in a heavy industrial foundry environment.

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and production systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems with support from the team
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine safety checks
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
• Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete repairs
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

This role works in heat, noise, and around heavy machinery.

You are mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience or related background
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or basic electrical troubleshooting preferred
• Comfortable working in varied temperatures including heat and cold
• Strong attendance and time management
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass background check, physical exam, and drug test

• Industrial or manufacturing experience
• Experience in recycling, foundry, aggregate, mining, or heavy production environments
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
