Pay Rate: $55/hr - $57/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission‑critical construction initiatives, with a strong focus on 출시 data center infrastructure and large‑scale slump‑cabling projects. • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data center construction projects from planning through closeout

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts

• Oversee multiple project delivery methods including GMP, lump sum, cost‑plus, T&M, unit price, and design‑build
• Apply construction accounting principles to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Utilize construction technology platforms to enhance visibility, quality, and safety performance
• Resolve complex project issues, conflicts,рийн constraints in fast‑paced environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management or leadership roles
• Proven experience managing data center and/or structured cabling projects strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of safety standards, estimating, engineering best practices, and quality controls
• Solid knowledge of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and financial controls
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, prioritize resources, and meet aggressive timelines
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with executives abat technical teams, vendors, and clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and construction platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Textura
