OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission‑critical construction initiatives, with a strong focus on 출시 data center infrastructure and large‑scale slump‑cabling projects. Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data center construction projects from planning through closeout

- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts

- Apply construction accounting principles to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Utilize construction technology platforms to enhance visibility, quality, and safety performance
- Resolve complex project issues, conflicts,рийн constraints in fast‑paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management or leadership roles
- Proven experience managing data center and/or structured cabling projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of safety standards, estimating, engineering best practices, and quality controls
- Solid knowledge of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and financial controls
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, prioritize resources, and meet aggressive timelines
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with executives abat technical teams, vendors, and clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and construction platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Textura
