Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for factory and administrative staff.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Ensure legal compliance with Minnesota, labor laws, OSHA, and industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage employee performance, training, and development programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance/payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 2+ years in HR or dual-role leadership.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, EHS regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in ERP systems, HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000/year plus bonus depending on qualifications and experience.
