Overview

Come work at Options Residential and make a difference! We are a 245D licensed program which provides services to individuals who have mental illness, brain injuries, or substance use concerns. We operate 4 person group homes and individual apartment settings. Our residential services are rehabilitative, and our aim is to help individuals reach their personal goals for independence.

Mon–Thu, Sat 3:00pm–11:30pm.

Salary: $17.00 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Duties

• DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to):
• Providing caregiver services to residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining skills
• Cooking and feeding assistance
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
• Medication administration
• Participating in fun recreational activities with residents

• No degree is required. If you have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and are over 18, we provide training to deliver high-quality care; no experience is necessary
• DSPs are people-oriented—they assist individuals with their care, provide home services, and strive to improve quality of life
• DSPs are adaptable and flexible—enjoy work that involves shifts in direction to keep the day interesting
• They are dependable—provide efficient and exemplary personal care

• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills
