Overview

Lead Preschool Teacher. O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown to multiple locations across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama and Minnesota, with MANY locations on the horizon.

Due to the volume of locations in this region, we discuss with applicants which position and center would be best based on location, desired position, schedule, and age preferences. Our highest needs currently are for infant and toddler teachers, but we consider multiple centers to determine the best fit based on experience, credentials, interests, and location. If you apply, we will aim to schedule an interview to determine the best fit for you.

Possible Positions include Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Lead Preschool Teacher, PreK Lead Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist.

• Work Monday – Friday for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• These are responsibilities for our most common positions; discuss responsibilities for less common positions as needed.

Training and experience are preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships. Some positions may require specific credentials.

• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years old (preferred but not required)

• 50% off of preschool or after school tuition for full-time employees (50% off each additional child)
