Upward Bound Advisor: College Readiness & Mentoring

A leading educational institution in Rosemount, Minnesota, is seeking an Advisor to provide academic support and guidance to low-income and first-generation students in the Upward Bound program. This role involves helping students develop essential academic skills and motivation to navigate secondary and postsecondary education successfully. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience working with diverse youth, and proficiency in a second language (preferred).
