CompensationEarn $19.00 Per Hour
Total Rewards Package- Flexible and full‑time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm; weekends until 5 pm)

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facility.
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
- Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls when required
- Maintain property: walk around facilities, clean interior and exterior areas, and keep curb appeal clean and free of debris
- Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk and operate in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, for up to 50% of work time
- Experience in customer‑service focused sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available
