Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. The role is a leadership position that ensures every team member is productive, policies are followed, and quality service is delivered.

• Manage daily store operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead staff by setting examples, following all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expecting the same from team members.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a perfect store image, drive marketing initiatives, and maximize profitability.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong judgment, basic math skills, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
