Overview
Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. The role is a leadership position that ensures every team member is productive, policies are followed, and quality service is delivered.
Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
- Lead staff by setting examples, following all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expecting the same from team members.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a perfect store image, drive marketing initiatives, and maximize profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong judgment, basic math skills, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Flexible work schedule and a fun, supportive environment.
- Opportunities for advancement from Assistant Manager to General Manager, franchise ownership, or corporate positions.
