Connections Congregational Pastor

We are seeking a dedicated Connections Congregational Pastor to lead and shepherd our congregation at First Evangelical Church San Gabriel. The successful candidate will:

Provide vision and direction aligned with the Senior Pastor's vision and the overall church mission.

Offer shepherding and equipping for congregational leaders and guide them in developing and executing strategic action plans to inspire and mobilize our congregation of approximately 80 members.

Adhere to the church's Bylaws, policies, and procedures as established by the Board of Elders.

Promote and advance the spiritual welfare of the congregation.
