. The role leads in‑house warehouse and mailroom operations, supports distribution and logistics, and drives continuous improvement to ensure resilience, cost‑effectiveness and scalable performance.

• Partner with SCM leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute long‑term strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of the Warehouse and Mailroom strategy, implementing ongoing enhancements in line with global distribution strategy.
• Oversee receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and internal distribution.
• Mentor and support SCM managers, professionals, and hourly associates, focusing on performance and development; manage staff selection, evaluation, and retention.
• Control operating budgets, labor and transportation costs, and vendor invoice validation; identify cost‑saving opportunities through productivity improvements and third‑party services.
• Drive safety, quality, speed, and cost improvements through standardized work, waste elimination, and data‑driven problem‑solving.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment of service commitments by defining service level agreements, monitoring metrics, managing priorities, and aligning capacity with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum ten years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or related field with at least three to five years in a leadership role, preferably in multi‑unit food service distribution or warehouse organization.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.

Pay Range:
M4 – $161,000 – $226,000 annually. Salary determined by location and experience.
