Project Manager, IT Infrastructure – Panda Restaurant Group

Overview

The Project Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading cross‑functional technology‑related projects, managing project budgets, and providing project, technical, and business leadership across multiple initiatives. The role oversees the creation of project plans, determines scope and deliverables, allocates resources, and defines and manages project risk.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, clarify and manage the scope of projects and define deliverables.
  • Assemble project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, and develop time frames to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables.
  • Define and manage overall project risk identification and risk mitigation processes through interactions with project constituents and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable project delivery.
  • Have understanding of firewalls, switches, WAPs, VOIP phones, and 4G backup connections.
  • Need experience with planning and executing rollouts that involve replacing multiple devices (switches, firewalls, WAPs) in multiple stores, and retrofitting stores.
  • Preferred experience with implementing or familiarity with Forti Analyzer, and implementing or familiarity with Net Box.

Your Background & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum five years of IS experience with increasing project management responsibility, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.
  • If hired, completion of annual store training.
Pay Range

M2: $55.14 – $77.45 per hour.
