• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities described below.
• Ability to supervise and train team members for equipment, tools, and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Computer proficiency or willingness to acquire necessary skills (report analysis, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices).
• Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

• Recruit, hire and train enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, well stocked, and organized per company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and superiors.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Apply non‑discriminatory management skills when hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote a safe and positive public image within the neighboring community.

• Prepare timely performance appraisals in writing and provide constructive feedback.
• Train employees to meet company standards for customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Ensure safety procedures are taught and safety awareness is promoted.

• Ensure all employees receive timely communication.
• Hold periodic communication meetings with all site employees and the Market Manager.

• Develop action plans addressing site needs to reach objectives.
• Maintain all site files and manuals.
• Supervise reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Display required employment posters and signs in accessible locations.

• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed.
• Perform additional financial analysis to maximize returns.

• Work primarily indoors; occasional outdoor work required (parking lot, gas pumps, garbage).
• Exposed to cold temperature extremes while supervising in walk‑in cooler/freezer.
• Exposed to occasional noise.
• Work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Maintain effective management, supervisory, and leadership conduct at all times.

Hiring Range: $19.35 to $23.74 per hour.
