• Lead the design and operational excellence of end-user technology, including Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Ensure platforms are secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Integrate monitoring, telemetry, and analytics to improve service quality and performance.
• Identify and resolve system issues to enhance stability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement in technology solutions.
• Present technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including leadership.

• Experience in IT Operations and vendor management within a managed services environment.
• Strong understanding of end-user computing technologies and security tools.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze technical designs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of identity, access, and security controls.
