A leading technology support firm is seeking a skilled Mac Support Technician to provide onsite Level 12 support for macOS devices and applications. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience troubleshooting macOS systems, knowledge of Apple hardware, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for installing and configuring devices, diagnosing various issues, and supporting Apple services.

A background in MDM solutions and familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
