Holding Hands Inc. is actively looking for an enthusiastic and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our team. Location: Rosemead, CA

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year

A Day in the life of a BCBA
  • Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client s unique needs.
  • Implementation and Supervision: Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training to expand your reach.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Use evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients and their families.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications - What you bring to the table
  • Master s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
  • Valid California driver s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
  • Bilingual (preferred)
