Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Roselle, IL, for a Non‑CDL Box Truck Driver. The primary responsibilities include the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring proper loading and unloading of cargo, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The driver will also be responsible for following all traffic laws and company policies, providing excellent customer service during deliveries, and communicating effectively with the team to ensure efficient operations.

• Proven driving experience, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, along with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills for planning routes and meeting delivery deadlines
• Effective communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with the Roselle, IL area is a plus
