* Greet and assist walk-in customers and scheduled appointments in a professional, welcoming manner.
* Use basic window/door knowledge to assist with showroom demonstrations and help customers understand product differences (materials, glass packages, hardware, styles, and common components such as sash/frame/sill/jamb).
* Support sales appointments by preparing the space, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth visit.
* Provide basic product information and route questions to the appropriate team member.## Qualifications
* Experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, design showrooms, or building products.
* ** Basic knowledge of windows and doors
** and comfort using common terminology (e.g., sash, frame, sill, jamb, casing/trim, hardware, glass options); ability to learn Woodland’s product lines and explain features in simple, customer-friendly terms.
3+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, retail/showroom operations, hospitality, or a customer-facing administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and comfort handling customer documents and financial transactions.
* Professional presence and excellent customer service skills.
* Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management.
* Proficient with email, calendars, and office software; able to learn and use a CRM and company systems.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules across multiple individuals and locations.
* Ability to lift/move light showroom materials and sample kits (up to ~25 lbs).
* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with contract intake, customer deposits/payment processing, and CRM workflows.
* Experience building checklists, procedures, and onboarding/training resources.
** Work Schedule
*** Full-time, on-site role.
** Saturday work is required.

** Tuesday–Saturday**, with one weekday off (exact hours based on showroom needs).
