As a General Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of your center—from entertainment and food & beverage to facilities and financial performance—while building a strong, motivated team culture. This is not your typical management role (spoiler alert: it’s way better).
What You’ll Do
Generate & Monitor Center Revenue
- Develop and execute operational plans and budgets to achieve financial goals
- Drive food & beverage sales and overall center profitability
- Monitor labor, expenses, and cost controls
Be an Operational Pro
- Lead daily floor operations with confidence and urgency
- Schedule, plan, organize, and communicate effectively across teams
Train & Develop Your Team
- Lead ongoing training for all staff in guest service, food & beverage, and operating standards
- Directly manage leaders such as Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers
Review Center Performance
- Lead regular management meetings to review results and set priorities
- Analyze weekly/monthly P&L statements and adjust action plans as needed
Rally the Troops
- Foster a positive, high-morale team environment
- Address HR, performance, and loss-prevention matters as they arise
Make Guests Priority #1
- Achieve and maintain guest service goals
- Ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly and professionally
- Oversee and grow a strong Food & Beverage program
- Ensure consistent execution of quality, service, and sales initiatives
- Build a culture that supports upselling, engagement, and guest satisfaction
Remain Flexible
- Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
Who You Are
You thrive in fast-paced environments and lead with energy and accountability. You’re passionate about guest experience, confident in your leadership, and known for developing strong teams. You’re a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys being in the action and setting the standard.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of management experience in full-service restaurant, bar, or food service operations
- Strong business math, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Proven people developer and team leader
- Knowledge of POS systems
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Entertainment-focused environment requiring standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to lift objects with assistance as needed
