Talent Acquisition Partner | Sourcing Specialist

Summary: Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs and maintenance work. In addition, this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain cases, work orders and workflow of the customers’ request of service.
  • Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer’s information and equipment.
  • Schedule an appropriate time for service.
  • Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers.
  • Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts.
  • Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
  • Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in customer service or dispatching.
  • ERP system experience
