Job
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5-7 years of law firm litigation experience who can provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities- Provide client contact and draft correspondence.
- Manage discovery demands, subpoenas and motions.
- Case management of files and organization/indexing of client documents.
- Electronic filing with New Jersey State and Federal courts and perform other related tasks as required.
- Gather, process, review, and manage the production of documents and electronically stored information (ESI) in connection with litigation.
- Familiarity with electronic discovery software such as Relativity and/or Everlaw.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
- An American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certification is preferred, but not required for this position.
- 5-7 years of law firm litigation experience.
- Excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and ESI; familiarity with Relativity and Everlaw.
A reasonable salary range is $75,000 – $95,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
