An 80+ attorney firm based in Roseland, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of law firm experience.

• Client Interaction:Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Case Management:Maintain and organize case files, ensuring proper indexing and accessibility of client documents.
• Discovery and Motions:Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of discovery materials and motions.
• ESI Management:Handle the gathering, processing, reviewing, and production of documents and electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation purposes.
• Document Organization:Compile and index client documents, ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.
• Additional Support:Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed to support the team.

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in handling ESI-related tasks, including document review and production.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college (required).
  • Paralegal certification (preferred).
