Healthcare Attorney

A New Jersey–based law firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney to join its growing and dynamic healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of healthcare transactional experience in a law firm setting and a demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in healthcare law. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and receive meaningful mentorship.

• Assist in advising healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical practices on regulatory and compliance matters
• Support senior attorneys on healthcare transactions, including practice acquisitions, physician employment agreements, and joint ventures
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, and other transactional documents
• Participate in client meetings and assist with compliance strategies and risk assessments

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required;
  New York admission is a plus
• 5–8 years of healthcare law experience, with a focus on transactional matters
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare law and client service
