Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking an associate attorney with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. Qualified candidates will possess experience handling a broad array of complex commercial litigation matters, including those involving contract and business disputes, enforcing and protecting shareholder rights, real estate-related litigation, and matters before the Chancery and Probate Courts.
Candidates should have experience in managing all aspects of discovery, including depositions and electronic discovery, as well as outstanding brief writing skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 – $220,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses;
life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
