Join an esteemed legal team in Roseland as a Healthcare & Employment Litigation Attorney, where your skills will be at the forefront of dynamic and impactful litigation. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a proven track record in either first- or second-chair trial roles, particularly in healthcare and employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead litigation processes from start to finish, with a primary focus on healthcare and employment cases.
  • Draft and present motions, pleadings, and briefs; manage discovery requests and responses.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, representing clients in various legal forums, including courts and arbitration.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and defense tactics.
  • Handle multiple cases concurrently, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with and support related practice groups as required.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in New Jersey is required;
    New York admission is advantageous or a willingness to obtain it.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, including taking and defending depositions and trial experience.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, writing, negotiation, and analysis.
  • Exhibit integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Flexible, intellectually curious, and able to tackle complex legal and business issues.

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $170,000 - $225,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include eligibility for discretionary bonuses, merit-based pay increases, and origination credits.
