Overview
One of New Jersey’s top-ranked, Chambers-rated law firms is seeking an Estate Administration Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney with 3–6 years of law firm or bank experience in estate administration.
Qualifications- Active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
- LLM preferred but not required.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with exceptional attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of federal estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax, accompanying regulations and Form 706, NJ inheritance tax and accompanying forms, estate administration laws and regulations.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000.
