Mac Desktop Support

One of our customers is looking to hire an on-site desktop support technician to work at their support bar. The support bar is a walk up environment where associates can come in to have their computers and mobile devices serviced. They will also work off tickets that people are created by associates and contract employees. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as technical skills with all Mac devices.

The environment is a mix of Windows and Mac but priority is Mac knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Mac devices both mobile, ipad and Macbooks and MacOS
- Prior experience working in the genius bar is highly preferred
- Experience supporting JAMF for mac
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Experience using some kind of Service Now or some other ticketing system

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Intune experience
- Global protect (network SASS solution experience)
