IT: ADP, Inc. seeks a Senior HRIS Consultant in Roseland, NJ. The consultant will analyze the ADP HR applications landscape with the HR Tech Team to define a target picture and transformation roadmap.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience, with 5 years specifically in HR technology, HRIS, innovation & analytics, enterprise HR, and ADP product suite.
- Experience with AC Success Factors (HR, Onboarding), AC Replacement, Lyric, Glbl View, Secure Management, HR Contact Table, Net Secure, Focal Plan, Reporting & Integration Architecture, Cloud Integration, Common Data Layer, ADP Compensation Planner, ADP Compensation Viewer, e-Time, Web Services (including API, SOAP, REST), G2, SFTP/MFT, XML, JavaScript/Groovy, SQR, SQL, Integration Center, and PaaS.
Annual base salary range: $157,212 to $177,900 per year.
