Customer Service Representative

Acudor Products is hiring! We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roseland, NJ.

Acudor Products is a leading global provider of access solutions for the construction and infrastructure industry. For over three decades, we have partnered with architects, engineers, and contractors worldwide to deliver dependable, high-performance access products for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, accurate information, and effective problem-solving. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve the overall customer experience.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.

• Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 annually
