Concrete Finisher
This position is responsible for various concrete work including forming, pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete such as sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. The candidate will inspect completed work, direct and supervise laborers, and perform other associated tasks.

- Build formwork according to plans, including flat work, curbs, ramps and retaining walls.
- Layout for anchor bolts, build templates and install in correct orientation.
- Bend and tie rebar cages to specification.
- Calculate concrete volumes to accurately order concrete.
- Set concrete forms in place, ensuring appropriate depth and pitch is achieved.
- Use various tools to pour, smooth and level concrete.
- Clean and inspect surfaces for quality pouring.
- Drive a company‑provided pick‑up truck to and from all order locations.
- Maintain the truck well and report any maintenance issues to the General Foreperson.
- Work around customers and the general public consistently, maintaining a very high level of professionalism.
- Assist in on‑site work duties.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work independently and lead a small crew for form, place, and finish work.
Prior similar experience preferred.
Pre‑Screen- Upon offer, employees may be required to subject themselves to and pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background check and/or MVR check.
- Driver's License Preferred, but not required.
- RARE (less than 10%): crawling, climbing poles, gripping, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, climbing stairs.
- OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): climbing on/off truck, lifting and carrying, lifting over 50 lbs.
- FREQUENT (up to 66%): sitting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, sense of touch, manual dexterity, lifting, carrying, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): standing, walking, body‑twisting, speaking clearly, seeing far, seeing, reading, reaching, range‑of‑motion, hearing‑speech range, depth perception.
