Compensation: $50.00/HR – $61.50/HR (Based on licensed experience & Shift)
Location: Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Roseburg, OR
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 for new full-time hires

Qualifications- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the practicing state.
- 6-12 months of experience in the skilled nursing setting SNF/LTC (highly preferred)
- Ability to assess resident needs
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

New nurses can participate in a 3‑month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri‑Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.

- For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible to apply for a Long‑Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment following completion of the residency and three additional months of employment.
